How are your frames constructed?
Every LOST DOG frame is handcrafted using premium solid wood or high-grade metal. We use acid-free matting and UV-protective acrylic to ensure your artwork remains preserved and vibrant for years to come.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging. All orders are wrapped in protective foam and shipped in custom-sized, heavy-duty corrugated boxes. If your frame arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
Do you offer custom sizing for prints?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke framing. If you don't see your required dimensions on our product pages, please contact our support team for a custom quote tailored to your specific artwork.
What is your return policy?
Since most of our frames are custom-built to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. however, if there is a quality defect or an error on our part, we offer a 30-day full replacement or refund guarantee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For larger installations, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
How do I clean and maintain my new frame?
To clean the acrylic, use a soft microfiber cloth and a non-ammonia cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or glass cleaners containing ammonia, as they can scratch or cloud the surface.
